Shipping policy

We offer standard and expedited shipping options on eligible orders.

Please note: Expedited shipping only applies to the time it takes us to process and ship your order. It does not guarantee or cover the actual transit time once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Selecting an expedited shipping option means that we will prioritize your order for processing and shipment according to the expedited processing time selected. Once the package has been picked up by the carrier, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

Carrier delays, weather, holidays, mechanical issues, incorrect or incomplete addresses, and other carrier-related delays are not covered by expedited shipping charges.

Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable due to carrier delays or delays that occur after the order has been shipped.

We recommend allowing additional time for carrier transit when placing an order with a specific delivery deadline.
